General Information about CFTC Hiring:
Child and Family Therapy Collective is a growing evidence-based child and young adolescent therapy practice based in Nashville, TN. We provide effective evidence-based clinical care to children and families to increase access to childhood and the experiences that allow for learning and growth in families and in the community. We specialize in the treatment of anxiety (specifically selective mutism) and disruptive behaviors disorders. We provide PCIT for children 2-7, its adaptation as is clinically appropriate as well as PCIT-SM for the treatment of selective mutism in both individuals and group formats. Clinicians are SPACE trained and implement care with the values of each family combined with the evidence-base. The practice services children ages 2 to 12 with flexibility in age for selective mutism (any age) and on a case-by-case basis above age 12.
Child and Family Therapy Collective is a practice that encourages positive work-life boundaries.
Clinicians and staff should enjoy working with traditional behavioral format in treatment delivery and more complex care delivery as is needed for individualization to the patient. It is critical that the candidate is aligned with our practice values and provides EBP and values-based care tailored to the family.
Our team, and those associated with the practice are LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming and practice these values in all areas of our lives.
