School Consultation

CFTC frequently consults with schools as auxiliary treatment to patient clinical services. In addition, we offer contracted services via 504 or IEP services when requested by a school district to support a child in the classroom.

Continuing Education Events

Single or multi-day events are an excellent way to build skill in applying behavioral techniques into the classroom. If you are seeking specific training for your teachers and staff, we will provide structured learning opportunities in a format that works for your staff.

Teacher Child Interaction Training

TCIT is a teacher training delivered similar to PCIT, but in the live classroom.

TCIT is designed to improve the social, emotional, and behavioral skills of students 3 to 7 years. Teachers participating in TCIT show increased efficacy and job satisfaction with live coaching acting as the key ingredient.

TCIT is a contracted service through the school. If your school is interested, please reach out to our Director for more information.

TCIT is used to reduce challenging classroom behaviors including the following:

• Aggressions

• Destruction of property

• Noncompliance

• Defiance

• Hyperactivity

• Inattention

• Emotional dysregulations

• Negative student-teacher relationships
